Grant M. Soletski began his military career on October 21, 2013, with the Wisconsin Army National Guard as part of COMPANY B, 2nd BATTALION, 127TH in Green Bay, WI. He served as an Infantryman at B Co and then took a promotion to COMPANY C, 2nd BATTALION, 127th in Fon du lac, WI as a Team Leader. In 2018 he deployed as a Team Leader with C Co to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom supporting the Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB). Upon returning from deployment, he found the calling to leave the M-day life and give AGR a go, becoming officially part of the RRB December 14, 2020, as a RRNCO in Appleton, Green Bay and now as the MSI/Junior Team Leader for UW Madison.

SFC Soletski is a Graduate of Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course, Senior Leadership Course, Master Resilience, SQI4, Infantry Advanced Leadership Course, Basic Leadership Course, Combatives Level 1

SFC Soletski is Married to his wife of 22 years, Betsy, has 3 children, Zachary 23 (DET 1, COMPANY A 173D ENGINEER, Rhinelander, WI WIARNG), Emma 19, Grace 15, 2 dogs and one fish. He was born and raised in Ashwaubenon, WI, attained an Associated Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, is a licensed land surveyor for the state of Wisconsin operating a surveying company with his father and, founded/operated CrossFit Green Bay prior to going AGR with the Wisconsin Army National Guard. He enjoys hunting, ice fishing and golfing as much as possible in his free time.
