Captain Daniel W. Loomer is a native of Delavan, Wisconsin. He enlisted as a Cannon Crewmember in the Wisconsin Army National Guard 2014. He received his commission on Active Duty as a Military Police Officer in May 2018 through the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Reserve Officer Training Corps. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. He earned his Master’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Webster University.

Captain Loomer’s military education and training includes: Cannon Crewmember Advanced Individual Training, Military Police Officer Basic Course, Air Assault School, Unit Movement Officer Course, Transportation Coordinators‘ – Automated Information for Movements System II, Anti-terrorism Officer Basic Course, Military Police Captains Career Course, and Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course.
