Justin Hofmann

CPT Justin J. Hofmann joined the Wisconsin Army National Guard in 2010 and commissioned from Marquette University as an Ordnance 2LT in May 2012. After commissioning he became a Platoon Leader at Bravo Company 257th BSB, he continued to serve there as an Executive Officer until 2016. He was then the Ammunition Officer at HHC 257th BSB in the Support Operations Cell. During this time, he also served as a Title 32 Technician for the 157th MEB out of Milwaukee, WI from 2013-2017, serving as the full-time Equipment Management Specialist. In 2018 CPT Hofmann took command of the 1157th Transportation Company and served there for two years. In 2019 he was selected as the Survey Team Leader for the 54th Civil Support Team – Weapons of Mass Destruction an Active Guard Reserve (AGR) role. In August 2022 he joined the Army ROTC Badger Battalion at UW-Whitewater as an Assistant Professor of Military Science (APMS) where he serves as the Department Chair at the university.
